Morgen nachmittag, am 4. Juli, wird x4.euregio.net (194.183.240.41) zeitweise nicht erreichbar sein. Dies betrifft vor allem Kunden, die mit dem webEdition CMS arbeiten. Der RAM-Speicher dieser Maschine wird um 2 GB aufgestockt, und die letzten Sicherheitsupdates eingespielt. Da mehr RAM verfügbar sein wird, können mehr Daten aus webEdition in den Speicher geladen werden und somit schneller bearbeitet werden. Wir hoffen, dass die Downtime maximal 10 Minuten betragen wird.
Tomorrow afternoon there is a planned downtime for x4.euregio.net as we upgrade the RAM by an additional 2 GB. The additional RAM will be beneficial for webEdition sites running on that machine as we can load more data from the databases into RAM and do some other optimizations. While we are at it, we’ll also install the lastest security patches. We hope that the downtime will remain below 10 minutes.
