Which server settings do I enter in Outlook?
Incoming mail (IMAP): imap.mailprotect.be, port 993, SSL/TLS. Outgoing mail (SMTP): smtp-auth.mailprotect.be, port 587, STARTTLS; alternatively port 465 with SSL/TLS. The user name is always your full email address.
Can I also use POP3 in Outlook?
Our guide for Outlook sets the account up as IMAP. If you need POP3, please call us.
Does my password change when I switch to the new servers?
No. You only change the server names and the user name. Your password stays the same and your emails are kept.
