Crab This is a Words Game Mactivity's CD-ROM nr 10 advice: This application did run on a b/w 68030 processor under System 7.1, but the behaviour on a ColorScreen of a PowerMacintosh running System 7.1.2 was not satisfying. Our advice: use only on 68030 processors, or try with caution on a 68040 processor This is a game similar to scrabble, where you play against the computer. This game is from 1988, but it works on my Quadra 900 with a 15" monitor and System 7.1. Play is very similar to the board game scrabble, you even get to pick your own tiles (from a pile of upside down ones). The mac opponent takes a fast turn (unlike human opponents I know) and comes up with strange words. A spelling dictionary is included. Back to the Computer Games Index
