Blit! 1.0 This is a Puzzles Game Mactivity's CD-ROM nr 10 advice: This application did run on a b/w 68030 processor under System 7.1. It was also tested on a big ColorScreen of a PowerMacintosh running System 7.1.2. The game was also tested on a Quadra with 68040 processor and a 13 inch Color Screen and System 7.1 by Mactivity. Blit! is an animated puzzle game. Your goal is to move the pieces of each puzzle into their correct places on the board. You have a limited amount of time to complete each level, so be quick! To start the game, double click the Blit! icon. If you have either the "B&W Game" or "Color Game" file in the same folder as Blit!, the appropriate one will be loaded, otherwise you will be asked to find a game file. Blit! supports B&W and 256 colors on everything from 9 inch to 21 inch monitors. After the splash screen loads, select "Play" from the Game menu. You start on level one. Before each level, you get 5 seconds to study the completed puzzle, and remember the movements of the animated objects over the puzzle(important for later levels!). Then the game will start. Click and drag the pieces around the puzzle to swap the piece you picked up with the one you drop it on. If swapping the pieces causes one to go in the right place, it will be drawn without a frame around it, and a special sound will be played. You get 50 points for each piece you put right. If you swap the pieces and both end up in the right places, you'll hear a different sound and get 200 points! Complete the level before time runs out, and you'll advance to the next round! You get extra bonus points for any moves & time you have left at the end of a level. Back to the Computer Games Index
