Biorhythms! This is an Educational Game Mactivity's CD-ROM nr 10 advice: This application did run on a b/w 68030 processor under System 7.1. It was also tested on a big ColorScreen of a PowerMacintosh running System 7.1.2. The game was also tested on a Quadra with 68040 processor and a 13 inch Color Screen and System 7.1 by Mactivity. Biorhythms! is an easy to use tool to help you keep track of your physical, emotional, and mental cycles which last 23, 28, and 33 days respectively. How Do I Use Biorhythms? Simple enter your birthday in the mm/dd/yy format. For example, my birthday is August 6, 1974 so I would enter 08/06/74. The "Day to Check" box contains the date the program will use to calculate your biorhythms.It contains the current date but can be changed if you'd like to check a different date. Use the same mm/dd/yy format as above. Then, press Calculate to find out where you are in your physical, emotional, and mental cycles. What does it all mean? There are three possible readings: Positive, Negative, and Critical. A positive reading means that you're stronger (Physical cycle), more mentally alert (Mental Cycle) , or emotionally upbeat (emotional cycle). A negative reading means just the opposite. You're weaker and more susceptible to injury, less alert, or emotionally depressed. Critical days are more important. They occur between positive and negative cycles. On critical days, you should be more careful. Many Japanese companies have found that employees cause more accidents on their critical days and use biorhythms to avoid such accidents. Athletes use biorhythms to plan their training schedules to avoid injuries. You too can use biorhythms to improve your life, or just to have some fun!
